Poetry Workshop for High Schoolers

This workshop, led by professional writers and artists, will explore the way our words and ideas find there way into public spaces. 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students will participate in sessions that explore elements of written and spoken word poetry and the art and craft of artist books, 'zines and posters. The session will end with an open-mic performance in the auditorium. The workshop is free, but please bring some money for lunch.
