Build Institute, in partnership with Metromode, presents Dearborn Open City: microDistricts in Downtown Dearborn. Connect and network with Dearborn creatives; followed by a lively, outdoor panel discussion, with a beautiful backdrop (behind the studio, by the colorful mural). Panelists: - Sunshine Durant, artist - Howard Pankerten, owner, Fishnet Artist Studios - Lynette and Daniel Downey, owners, Downey Brewing Theme: How property owners can rehabilitate their buildings; and, how easing the burden of a full-renovation project can be useful to creatives (with a focus on East/West Dearborn).
