The classic 1954 movie was directed by Ishiro Honda and is still heralded as the best the franchise has ever seen. The screening will feature a restored version in Japanese with English subtitles. Each movie night will be prefaces with a short reel from award-winning Michigan student filmmakers. Screening begin at 8:45 and admission is included with park entry. Godzilla will screen at Kensington on August 1; Stony Creek on August 8; and Willow on August 15.
