"Movers and Shakers" Lunch

During the Festival, Moving with Detroit will hold informational, interactive lunches that will feature artist talks, performances, panel discussions, and guest speakers. The events are free and open to all. Lunch is provided for a nominal fee. July 30th: The Business of DAnce panel discussion with representatives from Michigan-based arts advocacy organizations who will speak to funding and legal services to support artistic practice July 31st: Artist Talk with Festival Gala Artists Conversation with Festival Gala Artists August 1st: Bridging the Dance Gap: Training to Professional Dance Career in Michigan Panel discussion about how to "make dance" happen in Detroit
