Mindfulness : a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. Following our program ‘Protecting Your Assets, Your Intentions, Your Income, Your Family’ on Tuesday 24 in conjunction with Money Smart Week, you will learn mindfulness techniques with the Health and Wellness Team of MSU Extension that help reduce emotional stress, related to money or any other life concerns.
