Mabel Gray Wine Dinner with Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon

Mabel Gray welcomes a limited number of guests for a unique one-on-one dinner with America’s first female Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon Monday, May 9 at 7 p.m. Triffon will be selecting a variety of wines to pair against each other in a whimsical and edgy manner. Chef James Rigato will be creating a five course meal to go with the 10 blind pairings. No food and wine stereotypes are safe. The cost is $150 per person for the dinner, wine and a welcome reception. Tax and gratuity are not included. Call (248) 398-4300 for reservations.
