If tripping out on ambience is your thing, look no further than self-proclaimed “jamtronica” outfit Lotus. The band’s 2016 release Eat the Light explores new ground as it is the first Lotus record to feature vocals on every track. It’s hard to believe Lotus’ rich sound is the result of only five players. Disbelief aside, with the new element of live vocals, Lotus is sure to be a good trip.
