Course Two: Honey roasted rhubarb salad - honey roasted rhubarb, roasted walnuts and shaved fennel tossed with preserved lemon vinaigrette and topped with feta. Paired with Bam Biere
Course Three: Crispy skinned chicken thigh - pan roasted chicken thigh served with seared zucchini and blistered grape tomatoes, topped with tarragon butter and finished with a tarragon pan sauce. Paired with Oro De Calabaza.
