Professor Greg Sumner, author of Unstuck in Time: A Journey Through Kurt Vonnegut's Life and Novels, will offer a short overview of the life and fiction of this uniquely autobiographical writer, a midwestern "child of the Great Depression" who experienced the apocalypse in Dresden in World War II and survived to talk about it. A performance of Who Am I This Time? will begin at 8pm. The stories display the best of Vonnegut's craft as he explores themes of identity, loss and love with a sensitivity and dark humor that speaks to us today.
