On Sun., Feb. 10 at 7 p.m., Asher Ostrin will discuss the history of Jewish communities in Ukraine. One of the world’s foremost experts on post-Soviet Jewish life, Ostrin oversaw the development of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee’s programs across the former Soviet Union, creating and supporting Jewish centers, camps and leadership programs for two decades.
