Jeffery Eugenides

Over the course of the past 25 years, Detroit native and best-selling, Pulitzer Prize-winning author Jeffrey Eugenides has introduced us to the tragic and fractured world of the Lisbon sisters, the complicated mind of Middlesex protagonist Cal, as well as his own intriguing inner workings. To commemorate the paperback release of Eugenides’ 2017 short-story collection Fresh Complaint, as well as the 25th anniversary of his landmark novel The Virgin Suicides, Pages Bookshop and Wayne State University’s English Department will host a homecoming event which will feature an intimate Q&A with the author followed by a book signing.
