This book has a profusion of recipes for venison, 200 in all, with a section devoted to the recipes of celebrities, including Ted Nugent.

Afield: A Chef's Guide to Preparing and Cooking Wild Game and Fish | By Jesse Griffiths

This attractive volume just came out last year, and features the photographic work of Jody Horton. It's all here: from hunting to butchery to cleaning, scaling, stuffing, frying and more.
