The Holocaust Memorial Center Zekelman Family Campus is hosting a new speakers series entitled Community Conversations featuring experts on genocide, political maneuvering and world history. Adrienne Alexanian will present a unique account of the Armenian genocide from the memoir, Forced into Genocide, which she edited from her father Yervant Edward Alexanian’s handwritten chronicles. An Armenian conscript in the Turkish army, Yervant Edward Alexanian was an unwilling eyewitness to the massacre and dislocation of his family and countrymen in Ottoman Turkey during WWI.
