Fall Exhibition Premieres :: Sanford Biggers & Matthew Harrison Angelo

On September 9th, the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit (MOCAD) will premiere two new solo exhibitions for major artists Sanford Biggers and Matthew Angelo Harrison. In Subject Cosmology, Sanford Biggers will create an immersive interactive experience throughout MOCAD, incorporating video installation, visual art objects, and new media. In Detroit City/Detroit Affinities, Matthew Angelo Harrison, a native of Detroit, will use homemade 3D printing technology to sculpt clay sculptures resembling traditional African masks.
