Going to see a play in a dark theater where you can’t talk and the actors ignore your presence is completely normal, but can get boring at times. If you want a break from the norm, go and see Dracula, an adaptation of the classic novel being done at the Izzy in Corktown. This performance in intimate, artistic, and according to the performance group nerve’s website, consensual. Artistic director Kathe Koja adapts the novel and encourages the audience to use all of their senses to fully understand the performance. This will be a production that you won’t want to miss.
