In an explosive line-up of entertaining science experiments, the zany, high energy
German scientist Doktor Kaboom! hilariously explains the scientific hurdles of
space travel. Young astronauts will join him for “experiments” that bring to life
constructs like trajectory, centripetal and centrifugal force, and Newton’s Third
Law. Great for all ages, though recommended for kids 6–16.
Doktor Kaboom! is the brainchild of comedian and actor David Epley, a man who
believes science is for everyone and is better shared in ways that inform and
entertain. With audience participation and improv, no two shows are alike, and
many kids have asked their parents to stay for the second show. For 20 years,
Doktor Kaboom! has combined his passions for writing, performing and directing
original material and his training at the North Carolina School of Science and
Mathematics. David is a proud dad living in Seattle who tours internationally.
