Dance: Contemporary Explorative Movement Class with Company One

Come move and be moved! This community class will explore the dance elements of space, time, energy, and relationship through guided dances accessible to all bodies. Allow creativity to soar and express yourself through this interactive dance journey while building balance, stability, and agility. This is open to adults with all levels of dance and movement experience. Younger dancers may attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Make sure to wear clothing that you are comfortable moving in and a clean pair of socks or sneakers. This class has three sessions, Oct. 28, Nov. 4, and Nov. 11. You
