Circuit-Bending Workshop

This is one of the coolest free events we have heard about in ages. What is circuit bending? MOCAD defines it as “creative, chance-based customization of the circuits found within electronic devices such as low voltage, battery-powered guitar effects, children’s toys, and digital synthesizers,” and we couldn’t say it better ourselves. Sure, the manufacturers might have intended these things to make such deliciously crazy sounds — and that’s part of the point!
