Charity Dinner for Learning: Loving Arms For Liberia

Tickets for the charity dinner will cost $25.00, each and all the proceeds from the ticket sales will go directly towards building a learning resource center in Liberia. With each purchased ticket you will receive a meal, plus the opportunity to win the silent auction, the raffle and enjoy the photo booth! Tickets will be sold by designated team members and online. To purchase tickets online for the charity dinner, please visit our Facebook event page or search Loving Arms For Liberia on Eventbrite.com “My goal is to do everything I can for the kids back home who have been devastated by the war and Ebola; to put clothes on their back and shoes on their feet. It’s from the kindness in people’s hearts, that we’re able to do just that.” said the founder, Anthony Watson. Every ticket sold will directly impact the life of a Liberian. In the next few months Loving Arms For Liberia will have building plans and to scale drawings of the future learning resource center.

By Vince Grzegorek

“It was during an intense wind storm in the fall of 2014 that I first witnessed the powerful waves Lake Erie can generate. Lake Erie is the shallowest and the warmest of the five Great Lakes. And the waves I capture on this lake are generally two-fold. There are the main lake waves, which are generated from strong winds that whip up the water, and there are secondary waves that are created when these waves crash into barriers near the shoreline.”
