Café Concert: Mozart & the Classical Symphony

WSO Uploaded by ssharpe
Enjoy your morning coffee onstage with music and the WSO! The name “Mozart” is synonymous with the typical 18th century symphony. This program features Mozart’s Symphony No. 15 in G and the work of Boccherini, one of Mozart’s contemporaries. Boccherini, who was born and raised in Italy, spent most of his adult life in Spain. His work “La casa del Diavolo”, or “The Devil’s House” refers to the extreme nature of the music – by 18th century standards! Ticket includes complimentary coffee & tea. This concert is 60 minutes. No intermission. Robert Franz, conductor
