Saturday February 19th, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit brings their 8th annual “Festival of Hope” to Pershing High School from 10am to 3pm. In the past, the Festival of Hope team has distributed food, blankets, coats, hand warmers, masks, hand sanitizer, and other family necessities.
Since 2014, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit has celebrated Black History Month via “Festival of Hope.” Even during COVID times, our celebration and commitment to service in our community continues. This year’s event, called “Mind’s Eye”, is focused on the mental health for people of color.
