The old adage “The first time is the best” may still hold true in the case of Noble Fish. This Japanese grocery, seafood market and sushi bar has been around since the late 1980s, around the rise of sushi’s popularity. Sushi is all about fresh, and Noble is synonymous with fresh, even supplying other sushi bars in town. It is small, unpretentious, and relatively inexpensive.
