The historic ambience of the Earle makes it a perfect spot for a candlelit dinner for two. On the weekend nights, expect live jazz 8-10:30 to accompany a meal that can include French- and Italian-inspired entrées from their seasonally rotating menu, including salmon en croute, sautéed duck breasts, pesto-stuffed chicken breasts and vegetables in phyllo with rosemary and goat cheese.
