After the pop-up craze arrived from the coasts, the idea of a dedicated space for chefs to show off their chops with one-offs of their own was bound to follow. In October 2013, Peter Dalinowski and Tunde Wey found a home for their concept in a former Thai restaurant in Hamtramck and quickly began drawing diners from all over metro Detroit. Wey has since moved on to other culinary adventures, but the food revolution he helped start shows no signs of slowing.
