The crêpe was just beginning to heat up as a local food trend when Charles Sorel opened his crêperie and cafe down by the main post office. In good weather, it’s an urban oasis, with outdoor seating among raised beds of herbs and hanging plants. You can almost imagine the sun is Mediterranean as you slurp latte from a great big bowl and eat salade Niçoise or ratatouille.
