Twentysomething Meiko Krishok creates a welcoming space in her Airstream trailer when the weather is nice. The food she serves is wonderfully presented, in bite-sized portions that contain a surprising amount of complexity. Best of all, she tries to pack these dishes with as much medicinal power as she can, using ingredients that are good for digestion, have high vitamin C content, and are antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory.
