If there's one thing that unites the work chef Justin Vaiciunas does as head chef of two restaurants at the recently renovated Crowne Plaza Pontchartrain Hotel in Detroit, it's that his dishes are almost as much fun to look at as they are to eat. Beautifully plated and intricately prepared, Vaiciunas' creations always surprise and delight.
