When a band is described as “ethereal crush pop” we have no choice but to investigate. In the case of Vancouver-based Belle Game and their sophomore record Fear/Nothing (2017), it’s a sweetly glazed, dreamy haze of reverb and a phosphorescence that is a call to emotional arms.
