Join us on June 1st as Barb Barton celebrates the release of her self-titled seventh album and her newest book, Manoomin - The Story of Wild Rice in Michigan (MSU Press) in East Lansing. Barton, former winner of Best Vocalist in Folk at the Detroit Music Awards, blends rock, folk, and bluegrass tunes on this album. Songs include powerful originals and kick-ass covers as only Barb can do them. She will be joined on stage by her studio band. CDs and books will be available, tickets will be available at the door or you can order online.
