Author of Back to Balance, Cassie’s inspirational story teaches people how to utilize their body as a wellness compass, and integrate easy health upgrades to create real change in their lives. In this session you’ll learn about the connection between disease and the mind/spirit, how to crack into your mind, body, and spirit code, how small changes can make a big impact on your health, and simple health upgrades.
