Learn how to make the decadent, much loved dessert treat to share with your loved ones on Valentine's Day! In this hands-on class you'll work on your own to prepare traditional cannoli dough, then shape and fry into shells. Next, you'll blend a sinfully sweet ricotta cheese-vanilla cream filling to stuff them! Making cannoli is fun and surprisingly easy - you'll never buy them again! You will need to bring your own supplies and ingredients. Supply list will be provided after you register.
