Artist Talk: Elizabeth Youngblood

With mainly monochrome palettes and visual lines, Detroit-based artist Elizabeth Youngblood’s work has evolved over a period of several decades to utilize fiber, wire, ceramics, drawing, and paper. With a background in graphic design and typography as well, Youngblood has wide and varied opinions and ideas about art and what she calls crafting.
