This program emphasizes practical stategies to manage falls. You will learns to view falls as controllable, set activity goals, make changes to prevent falls, excercise to prevent falls. Who should attend? Anyone concerned about falls, interested in improving balance and health, may have fallen in the past, or who has limited activities due to falling concerns. Space is limited - pre-registration is required.
