A Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home in Kalamazoo is back on the market for $445K

A recently restored Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Usonian-style home in Kalamazoo is back on the market, and at $445,000 it's a relative steal.

The restoration of the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home includes the living room’s original fireplace, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and a fresh polish to the block windows.

Completed in 1951, the 1,671-square-foot home sits on a 1.12-acre lot. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

The home features concrete blocks of Wright’s own design, and it's even located in Parkwyn Village, a subdivision with other Wright-designed homes. This house is even located on Taliesin Drive, a nod to Wright’s estate, Taliesin, in Spring Green, Wisconsin, and his winter home in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This home is listed by Tori Hall of Select Realtors.
