The Freep also reports that co-owner Phillip Kafka is planning a food and beverage-focused development for the Magnet Radiator Works building at Grand River Avenue and 16th Street.
It'll include a commissary kitchen, coffee roasting plant, and public green space, and Kafka is targeting a spring 2018 opening.
