Looking for some interesting brews to wind down the week? California-based Stone Brewing is holding a mini tap takeover at Great Lakes Coffee 5-9 p.m. tonight. On tap will be three rare/seasonal/limited beers, including, RuinTen Imperial IPA, Stone/Ecliptic/Wicked Weed Points Unknown IPA, and Woot Stout. Plus, for those with low tolerance for gluten, Stone will also have Delicious IPA, a brew that's almost completely gluten-free.
Says Andrew Hansen from GLC, "We will be selling flights of beer and have a rep here. It should be a lot of fun... We will also have beer specials and discounted growler fills all month as well as Stone beer specials and giveaways." In addition, Great Lakes is hosting a trivia night at 8 p.m. every Wednesday... Makes roughing it through that M-1 construction worth the fuss.
