We can't stop listening to this Detroit Cobras Peel Session from 2003

We all know that John Peel's love for the White Stripes' music from early in their career had some little bit to do with why they became world champions of all rock music and class exponents of what was then happening in town. Partly as a result of the Stripes' success, a dozen years ago or so, anything from Detroit got extra attention from rock and roll fans.
But anyway, enough about those guys. I just love that one year before he died the amazing Detroit Cobras (who'd already been together since '94) were able to record a Peel Session, which is what this track is from. Peel liked them so much that they recorded one of his very last sessions in 2004.
