In 1986, Andy Warhol was the first to create unique bottle art for Absolut. After his iconic art adorned the bottle, a slew of artists and musicians also worked with the company to design limited-edition and collectible bottles for the high-end vodka. In fact, Keith Haring, Damien Hirst, Spike Jonze, Lady Gaga, and Swedish House Mafia have all collaborated with the liquor maker on bottle design concepts.
Twenty-eight years after Warhol's first collaboration with Absolut, this bottle is hitting the shelves for extremely limited distribution. Absolut partnered with the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts to fabricate the design.
Only 4 million of these limited-edition bottles will be distributed worldwide, so get your hand on one now. A portion of the proceeds from their sale will also benefit the Andy Warhol Foundation, which grants endowments to support the creation of contemporary art.
