Local indie pop rockers the Hit Society are set to enter the studio with Dave Feeny (Tempermill) and Ray Goodman (SRC/Mitch Ryder) with shows on November 3, December 4 and December 15 at the Lager House, and November 15 at the Garden Bowl.
According to a statement, “Hit Society started writing music 2 years ago and started playing live in summer 2001 and quickly started opening for bands such as Candlebox and Sebastian Bach as well as locals Hounds Below and The Handgrenades. This past summer they played The Stars and Stripes Festival opening for Buckcherry and Eddie Money among others.”
“This past year they have played with such local bands as Patrick Davy and The Ghosts, The Ashley's, George Morris, Mick Bassett, The Crooks, the Handgrenades and Hounds Below and with national acts including MUGEN HOSO from Japan, TriggerFish, Total Slacker and Snowden.”
