Icewear Vezzo to celebrate Motown Puma shoe release with Eastpointe meet and greet

Icewear Vezzo knows a thing or two about style, which is why the Detroit rapper is dropping a Puma sneaker exclusive to Foot Locker's new Eastpointe location.
The Motown Puma shoe features a splash of royal purple against an all-white sneaker and includes the logos of Icewear Vezzo and Motown Records across the heel.
Icewear Vezzo has become a force to be reckoned within the hip-hop scene in recent years. The Detroit rapper established a wide-reaching fanbase with his 2015 mixtape Moon Walken and 2016's follow-up, Purple City. The combination of hard-hitting flow and commitment to the craft helped Vezzo escape the streets and land a Motown record deal to become the first hip-hop artist ever signed to the historic label.

The release of the Motown Puma shoe is part of the Home Grown celebration happening on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at the new Foot Locker store located at 17755 E. 8 Mile Road in Eastpointe.
The event will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and will feature live DJs, gear from local brands the Dirt Label, Detroit vs. Everybody, Bad Boys, and District 81, and an appearance by Icewear Vezzo.
