Ted Nugent, who has no soul, announces tour with Blue Öyster Cult and Mark Farner

Right-wing asshat Ted Nugent, who has no soul, is hitting the road and will perform at DTE Energy Music Theatre on July 20.

"The Whiplash Bash" tour announcement follows controversial statements made this weekend by the crusty Michigan rocker. "Controversial statements," of course, is a nice way of saying "making fun of children whose friends were recently murdered." During an recent interview on a conservative radio program, Nugent, an NRA board member, called the survivors of Parkland, Fla., Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting "mushy brained children" who have "no soul" for criticizing the organization.

Just weeks after the massacre, "The Nuge" shared an article claiming the Parkland students were actors. Honestly, the man's Facebook page is a cesspool of conspiracy theories and far-right memes — like this one snidely comparing gun control to castration. He also thinks hunting African elephants is totally cool and the key to conserving the species.

Anyway, back to the tour, which will include the musical stylings of Blue Öyster Cult and Grand Funk Railroad’s Mark Farner.

Tickets can be purchased here at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 6.

Here's a video of Nugent calling former President Barack Obama "a piece of shit" and Hillary Clinton a "worthless bitch," suggesting they both "suck his machine gun." He yells "Freedom" at the end, because, you know. 'Merica.
