The rooms gleam with Brazilian cherry wood and the brilliant white gaucho shirts of the staff at this authentic Rodizio restaurant owned and operated by Brazilians. Eliane Carvalho Coelho Turner and her partner, Neto Fernandez, have brought a real touch of Rio to the free-standing building. It is a fixed price system where an array of 15 different cuts of fire-roasted meats, from filet mignon to lamb chops, are brought to the tables on long skewers, one after the other, until diners call a halt. A salad bar offers 40-plus well-prepared relishes, salads, pastas, soups, risottos, cheeses, and side dishes of black beans and rice.
Lunch is deli-style with homemade soups and sandwiches. Dinner is seven courses, family style, by reservation only. Complete with interactive dinner theater.
You can go to Guernsey Farms just for an ice cream cone, or to buy dairy products from a little convenience store, or you can go for a meal. In the restaurant, broasted chicken is the special. Save room for the desserts, including the Black and White sundae — a combination of chocolate and vanilla ice cream with marshmallow and hot fudge, sprinkled with nuts, piled with whipped cream, and a cherry. Wow!

At Kitchen Sync, the dining manifestation of the wine retail store, Wine Sync, a variety of wines is matched with small plates of fruits and cheeses, with a parade of daily specials.  Saturday nights, by reservation only, herald $30 three-course dinners featuring three wines matched by an expert.  The wine, from Mauritson Estate Wines, goes for $25 a bottle.  Saturday diners get a 10% discount on bottles of wine.
