Owner Essa Badereldean came to the U.S. from Lebanon intent on starting his own restaurant. He was armed with old family recipes and his extensive restaurant experience. From a young age he worked at numerous restaurants, and learned what worked best. His Chicken Ghallaba is extraordinary - the chicken is sautéed in an exciting medley of spices with tomatoes, green peppers, garlic and onions. The meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked to perfection. The Shrimp Ghallia is another Lebanese specialty and Badereldean’s take is fantastic. Another triumph is the savory silky hummus that he has perfected. Essa says that the locals claim he has the best hummus in the area and they love his specialties. If you want authentic Arabic food at its best, come to the Kabob Inn.
