    The piano bar of Plymouth – a fun environment filled with the sounds of jazz, blues, classic pop and rock as well as great sing-a-long favorites, seven nights a week. The contemporary interior features a large window overlooking downtown Plymouth’s Kellogg Park, with sofas and love seats in the piano lounge.     Named after Archimedes, the ancient Greek mathematician, the Hyatt's lobby bar is decorated with images of Archimedes' most famous invention, the water screw. The design is even etched on the 30-foot-long art glass mural surrounding the bar and grand piano. Tables and sofas offer a slightly retro yet contemporary environment. The new 32-page bar menu lists many refreshing, creative drinks, some with mathematically themed names, as well as a variety of food items, including chips and salsa, chicken fingers, salads, sandwiches and rib eye steak. There are also two televisions for sports enthusiasts.
