Bad Brads BBQ has one simple goal: produce the best possible BBQ everyday. Our philosophy of "From our Smoker to your Plate" is a passion that begins everyday at 5 a.m. Bad Brad's way is "slow and low" beef brisket and pork shoulder steeped in fruit wood & hickory smoked for up to 14 hours. Our everything from scratch kitchen is a labor of love that begins with a respect for great ingredients, attention to detail and a refusal to take short cuts. We truly believe you can taste the difference.
In these days, when almost every restaurateur will tell you he’s trying to run a "neighborhood place," Baile Corcaigh achieves that feel - even if many of the patrons travel far to get there. The restaurant serves spuds in leek pie, Connemara broth, Irish stew, and fish and chips. What this place does with humble root vegetables is impressive.

The concept is Belgian brewpub and the atmosphere is totally unpretentious, quirky and interesting. Belgian food is heavily influenced by Germany and France, and some of Bastone’s menu items are quintessential Belgian, such as moule (mussels), brandade de morue (puree of salt cod, potatoes and olive oil, a staple of the poor for centuries) and twice-fried Belgian frites served with mayonnaise.
A recently completed renovation has brought the Bath City Bistro back to its original turn-of-the-century glory. The walls are decorated with historical photographs of Mt. Clemens from its heyday as "Bath City, USA" The Bistro's main attraction is its three lanes of trough bowling, a traditional Belgian sport that could be described as a cross between boccie ball and shuffleboard. You can enjoy your favorite beverage while trough bowling with new friends, or sit back and watch others play from the main dining room. The Bistro is open for lunch and dinner, with a menu that includes a wide variety of appetizers, steaks, calzones and seafood (the mussels are a Belgian favorite).
