A2CT Junior Theatre Workhop: Youth Choreography and Movement

Ann Arbor Civic Theatre will hold a workshop on choreography and movement for young actors on Saturday, February 16, from 1-4:00pm at the A2CT Studio, 322 West Ann Street, Ann Arbor, MI, 48104. As a part of Civic’s theater education series, this workshop will cover basic dance steps to help participants prepare to audition for musical theater. The workshop is open to young actors in grades 4th through 12th, and no previous dance training is required. A fast moving, two-hour contemporary dress version preserves the original language, yet makes the play appealing and understandable. High school matinees are available Feb. 8 and Feb. 11-15 at 10 am.
