Abayomi CDC invites you and your family to Self-Care Sunday - a new community health and wellness series beginning Sunday, March 17th at 2pm!
Self Care Sunday features an array of fitness-related classes, workshops, activities and resources to help you prioritize and revitalize your well-being.
The event will also host local business vendors and partner with community organizations that align with Abayomi's mission to strengthen youth, individuals and families.
Self Care Sunday will be held every third Sunday of the month and the event is free!
