Learn about treatment options, find support and join us in celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Farmington Hills peer support group. Jon Grant, MD, JD, MPH, and Karen Pickett, MFT will lead a day of education and healing, designed to give anyone affected by BFRBs the tools and resources to reduce the impact of these disorders. Do you love to write? One Earth Writing Summer Camps connect teens through interactive activities and writing prompts. Campers explore writing through the genres of poetry, prose, and narrative nonfiction. The camps will take place July 9-12 and July 16-19; the first week is a Sports Writing Camp, while the second week is devoted for Food Writing. Camp is in session 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Wayne State University’s campus, with guest speakers (including local journalists and entrepreneurs), hands-on activities, writing workshops, and a culminating performance of their work. Lunch is included in camp costs. $385
