V-Day Pontiac will present a one-night only benefit reading of Eve Ensler’s award winning play The Vagina Monologues at The Basement at Fillmore 13 Brewery in downtown Pontiac. All ticket proceeds will benefit HAVEN, a resource center and shelter for women who’ve experienced sexual or domestic abuse in Oakland County, MI. The Vagina Monologues is a play based on Ensler's interviews with more than 200 women. With humor and grace, the piece celebrates women's sexuality and strength. It’s performance is a way for women to feel empowered and liberated by sharing the real stories of their peers. $10 Suggested Donation
