Immersed in nature, you will move through two all-level yoga sessions, guided breath meditation, mindfulness and nature connection practices, receive a professional massage, and enjoy periods of personal and group reflection with others in your field, exploring techniques to prevent burn-out and improve self-care.
Helping Professionals include, but are not limited to: mental health practitioners, healthcare providers and practitioners, educators, childcare providers, clergy, law enforcement, first responders. Helping Professionals provide direct service to those in need.
